Hi himmatmeronam, I'm sorry to inform you that you cannot expedite the OPT application process. You can call them and ask for expedite service only after 3 months from application date. Since you applied in november, they will not even review your file. As soon as you tell them that its not been 3 months, they'll ask you to wait till 3 months is over, and call again if you still havent received your EAD card. So, I hope you'll get your EAD in mail by 2 weeks, but other than waiting and hoping, there is nothing you can do. Good Luck

Hi himmatmeronam,
You can give a try by calling USCIS and asking them to expedite. They ask for one of the several reasons required to expedite your processing. You should clarify that if you won't get EAD on time, you will lose the job and it will be sever financial damage to you. I was in same problem last time, I got OPT in 3 weeks after I called them. I am not sure I got it faster because of the expedite or not. But I suggest you to call them and request. That is the only thing you can do, rest is to wait. Good Luck!
