Dear All
I have a plan to go Nepal this December.I am little bit worry about it. Currently I am doing my second masters degree. Before that I did not take any OPT. I joined my second masters without any gap. Currently I am working as Research Assistant in university. Will there be any problem in port of entry when I will come back? I still have valid visa for 3 years. Does anybody has same issue? please suggest me. I will be so happy if someone give me advice.

I don't get it. What sort of question is this? You say that you've got 3 years of VALID visa remaining and you're asking us if you should be fine. This is like someone who's been issued a visa to the US asking if he should have any problems at the POE. while entering the US. 

I mean my second master degree cause problem in POE.

The officers at the POE will be checking your legal status and legal visa. As long as you've maintained the two, you should be fine.

Wtf? Urgent? December doesn't sound urgent to me. Be rational and use urgent in subject line if it really is urgent...cmon ppl.

Why I am sweating over it?
First of all it annoys the heck out of me when I read misleading topics that ppl put to draw attention.

Second, I normally skim through Sajha to see if there is a topic that interests me or someone I can help (seriously). When I see urgent, it draws my attention thinking somebody is in dire need of help. But having seen too many postings with "urgent" in the subject line for NO reasons, I am not going to pay attention to such thread next time; this means ppl who really desperately need help might not get it. It's like crying wolf.

You'll be deported from nepal. Nepal does not need stupids like you regardless you're doing 2nd masters. You have visa, you are maintaining your status and only flaw in you is your brain that asks such a stupid question.

Well, it is like advertisement. The motto of advertisement is to catch eye of many viewers and that is how the success is measured.

Some how it is true, urgent must be a valid urgent however viewers did not like it , we can scrutinize it as well and just discard it like other postings.
However, you would have come to a decent heading that reflects your question and appeal to comment on it too.

But as the crowd goes up it gets to different level and areas. Freedom prevails and we are enjoying it.
