I am currently studing in US and my sister is trying for US too. But the consultantcy people in nepal told her that there is less chance for the visa coz i m here and if she does not show that i m here. Her visa is 100% rejected. so i`m kind of confused. Is the visa chance very low for people who have brothers and sister in states? will the people in embassy know if she tells them that she is the single child? What should i suggest her? please let me know.

Because I read you in several threads and made me feel like you are a guy. Enigma means One that is puzzling, ambiguous, or inexplicable. I like this word ENIGMA.anyway never mind.

Aurora, You are getting annoyed becase people are not understanding your question properly and are directly jumping into conclusion relating it to their past experience. Here is how it's gonna work. 1. When you initially applied for your interview, you filled up the form, over there did you mention that you had any brother or sisters? If you did then probably the embassy would come to know that you guys are sibblings coz you have same parents and one of them might be sponsors. (Again some might look into it some might not, it totally depends on the person who is taking the interview) 2. If you didnt mention that you had a sister while submitting your interview application then tell your sister not to mention you name in application anyhere. Get a relationship certificate from your "WADA" only including your sister and your parents. Done deal you dont even exist and wouldnt be in the whole process. 3. If you had mentioned you had a sister then you should let your sister fill up your name in the application. Again if thats not your day then no matter how hard you try you are still going to get dumped. If its your day they would never even ask your sister if she has any other siblings. Sometimes they might reject you saying insufficient funds or they might say both of you guys are there one should be here... Let me tell you how it works in the Embassy, First when you submit all your papers and check in at the main window and be waited for the interview they take your papers inside. Then your papers is rigorously checked by nepalese people who work in the embassy. They know the inside out about how people make fake documents.. There they decide yes or no! If they are satisfied with you documents then you are done with your process. The person who takes the interview would only ask you simple question 2-3 and let you go.. If not then its a nightmare! You would be bombarded with annoying question and be rejected for stupid reasons. Therefore, its all up to you guys. Think about it and wisely and make a descision. Good luck ans wishes
