I think first we need photographs of "Bhuwan" and few copies of medical reports. I sent an email to nepalnews so that I can get info. If I did not get any info by tomorrow I will call nepal on that ph no. By then, San can you post link and make paypal donation account for him. Saan Dai

I think there is no any criteria usually we raise fund to the people if they have life threatining problem and they are very poor and can not afford it.
