Richa Bajimaya who is currently 21-22 years old has been diagnosed of a fatal disease and the doctors in USA have said that she will probably not get a good cure. She is therefore planning to go back to Nepal and spend time with her family and friends. She will have to continue treatment though and has been doing so for a long time. It would be great if all of us could contribute some money for her even if it is a small sum. Your help will be greatly appreciated by Richa and her family/friends. Thanks.

Richa was diagnosed with Ewing's Sorcoma, a type of bone cancer in February 2005. Recently, she had CT scans at Seattle. Unfortunately, results were not good.

Since there is not good cure she has decided to go back to Nepal and spend quality time with her family and friends. At this stage, she needs the care and services. As you know medicines and services are really expensive: therefore it would be really nice if we could contribute any amount to her during this difficult time.

Its really sad that richa has been struggling with the disease sincle last year. Can anything be done in an instutionalized way, like Nepal Seattle society coming forward with fund raiser programs apart form the generous donations form nepalese communities from other parts of US?? Just a thought !!

No khaobaani I dont think they are suspicious. Its just that with the help of media people can communicate faster and easeir and let things be known. Before people did not have that advantage.. hence the existance of so many 'advertisements'.
