Hopefully he will be released soon and salute to the brave sister fighting for his release.
However, when examining the nuances of the situation, Hamas might view his presence in Israel as benefiting from an education system they believe was built on the exploitation and dispossession of the local population. Undoubtedly, this innocent Nepali brother must be released, but for Hamas, which is more than eager to use violent measures to advance its agenda, holding him hostage could serve as a stark warning to foreigners against coming to Israel-a move they might see as a symbolic affront.
