The board colludes among themselves in awarding each other golden parachutes, ridiculous compensations, and exotic perks.

Board score : 1
Employees' score : 0

Then what do the rest of the employees have to do. Of course, (they have to) form unions.
Board score : 1
Employees' score : 1

To avoid humiliation, and mostly to pad their own pockets, what does the CEO do after the Board gives a go-ahead if no stopping from a union?
Lay off 40,000 employees after finishing his/her $600 lunch meal and export those jobs overseas for cents on the dollar.

Board score : 2
Employees' score : 1

You see now who still wins in the end?

:D
