I was thinking it was a Nepali site. However, I got a call from some Indian guy to verify information (Ohio Number). I cancelled the transaction right away. Do u guys know, if it has any safety issues?

Personally, I am not comfortable giving my secured information to any Indian.

I have used them couple of times and I don't have any complain. It's cheaper and easier way of transaction especially if you need to get it to Neapl faster. I do think they outsource part of the transaction process may be because they cannot meet the technicality of internationl transfer.

If you have doubt on the company itself thats a whole different issue but if it's the guy with the indian accent that bothers you then I would say surviving in this world is going to be tough for you since most companies including some of the biggest credit card companies in USA outsource lot of jobs to india nowdays.

you like them or hate them you have to leave with them since the reality is they have 2 billion population and one of the fastest growing economy in the world and some of the shrewed business mind in the world.

I think the counterpart of muncha money transfer in USA is an Indian-national owned financial company. I have used muncha before, and the money reached to Nepal without a problem. I also received a call from Indian national while the transaction was awaiting verification. The guy explained me that his company is the actual money-transfer company that has the legal permission in USA, and muncha is a local agent for Nepal.  Muncha might not have its own legally established branch in USA.

I don't understand why you'd send money off muncha.com instead of moneygram. Moneygram allows you to receive money instantly unlike muncha which takes about 2-3 days.

I totally agree with Bidroh, use Moneygram instead of Muncha. Moneygram is an instant service.  Muncha might have lower fees but they give lower rate than Moneygram.
