Thank you Santosh Ji, yes, that is a real good website. btw, what do you say about 212.a.3.b hold for most Nepali asylees who file I730 or 485 based on Nepali congress. I have met about 10 people who were wrongly placed into that hold. is anything happening to correct the broad law?

i know what   it is , what i don't know is why is it applied to people  who were  members of Nepali congress or other peaceful parties. please read the latest comments by NepaliAsylee how he was wrongly labelled and later told it was a mistake.
