Can anyone help me to understand hows Mount Laurel,NJ to stay  @ ? hows the living expense ?

It is usually around $700 $800 for single bed apartment. You can live little bit away from mount laurel like beverly, cherry hill  which is cheaper that Mount laurel. You can see indian stores like sabji mandi out  there. Will see lots on indians out there.Very close to Philly, so can commute from there too if you have somebody out there.

Mt. Laurel is close to Philadelphia, you will have lots of stuff to do. Depending on your interest, Atlantic City is not that far, Philadelphia has all 4 major professional sports team if you are sports fan. If you are not used to jug-handle, they drive you crazy. You will find decent 1br apt within $1000. You may find apartment cheaper than that also depending on community. If you will be working in Mt. Laurel, Cherry hill and other surrounding towns  may be better option.

There are many apartment community in that vicinity. You don't need to worry about finding apartments. Most of them offer yearly lease. Some of them offer short-term lease for additional charge. If you search online, you will find handful. Here are some of the apt community I visited when I was there; Cherry Hill Towers (Cherry Hill), Burrough's Mill (Cherry Hill), Summit Stirling apartments (Mount Laurel), Ramblewood Village (Mount Laurel), Roberts Mill (Maple Shade), Village of Stoney Run (Maple Shade), Pickwick (Maple Shade), The Echelon Glenn (Voorhees), The village at Voorhees (Voorhees),  Marlton Meadows (Marlton).
