 TPS fee waiver help needed

Anyone filed for fee waiver. I have listed both i-821 and i-765 in same form. I called USCIS they told filed separately for each form. Also any other document that i might have to submit.

Please help!!!

abcxyz (http://sajha.com/sajha/html/index.cfm?username=abcxyz) was able to to get the fees waived. I messaged him few days ago but haven't heard back.
Do you know if the fees can be waived even though your income is slightly above the poverty guideline cutoff?
