1 DAL BHAT TARKARI Dal Bhat Tarkari is regular and traditional food in Nepal. People prefer roti or chapati with rice too. Dal is lentis (pulses), Bhat is cooked rice and tarkari s cooked vegetables. Generally, it is taken as a main meal twice a day in lunch and dinner. Dal Bhat tarkari achar Nepali food 

 2 HARIYO SAAG Nepalis are fond of green leafy vegetables, they always love to have nutritious lightly cooked leafy vegetables with main dish. The most popular are raayo ko saag, tori ko sag, methi ko sag or seasonal bethe ko saag, mula ko saag. Mula ko sag rayo ko sag 

 3 LOCAL MOMO Everyone just loves it Nepali momo 

 4 MULA KO TYPICAL NEPALI ACHAR Mulako achar is a squeezed pickle made up of fresh dried radish with lemon oil, green chilies and other spicy stuff. Among many other pickles it is the most popular. It is served a spoon with main dish. Mulako typical nepali achar 

5 KHASI KO MASU Like elsewhere in the world, Nepalis love to eat meat. Chicken, pork, buffalo meat are commonly consumed but among them the most loved is Khasiko Masu ‘Goat Meat’, also the most expensive. Khasiko Masu Nepali food 

 6 KHAJA MA CHAU-CHAU The most common light lunch in Nepal is a packet of locally produced noodle. ‘Wai wai’ tops them all followed by Rara, Mayos, Ramba, you name it. Nepali-noodle-Chau chau- Nepali food 

 7 CHIURA Chiura is another popular dry food item in Nepal. It is a dehusked rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes also known as beaten rice. It is served with cooked vegetables, curry, gravy meat or even with tea and milk. Chiura-Beaten rice- Nepali food 

 8 SEL-ROTI Sell-Roti is a Nepali traditional home-made, sweet, ring-shaped rice bread/doughnut. It is mostly prepared during festive seasons. Nepali selroti 

 9 CHHOILA KACHELA SUKUTI These are three different meat items. These spicy items are extremely popular especially while having alcohol. People love to have them as snacks. sukuti-drymeat-chhoila-kachela 

 10 GUNDRUK KO JOHOL RA DHEDO Gundruk is fermented leafy green vegetable and is a popular food in Nepal and claimed to be one of the national traditional dishes. It is best served with another traditional foot item ‘Dhedho’

I l pass No 1, 6,7 and 10, I gotta have meat with rice and lentils, chai chai gross, khaki ko mass I gotta have everyday, 3 Local MOMO is my favorite
