I am planning to visit Nepal next month for 4 weeks vacation. My current passport was issued from Gorkha. Can I use द्रुत सेवा from kathmandu for MRP? I heard that if I have issued passport from district, I can not use द्रुत सेवा from kathmandu for MRP, is this true?

निवेदकले उचित कारण उल्लेख गरी द्रुत सेवा मार्फत राहदानी पाउन सो को पुष्ट्याइँ हुने कागजपत्र समेत राखी दोब्बर दस्तूर तिरी निवेदन दिएमा कार्यालयले ७ कार्यदिन भित्र द्रुत सेवा मार्फत साधारण राहदानी जारी गर्न सक्नेछ ।

Can I use 4 months as my time constraint? what could be documents that I need to submit to show time constraint.

Regarding your second question, your itinerary should suffice but I highly doubt they'll ask for additional documents. 

Yes you can use the expedited service for your MRP passport even though your passport was issued from Gorkha.

Send the complete filled out application form to gorkha (Jilla prasasan karyalaya), they'll verify and stamp it in the form and come back to KTM and submit your application.
