Buy the car from a dealer but make sure you get your own financing... dealers rip you off BIG time...

try edmonds.com, choose the car you like with all the options that you wanna have in your new car. It's the step by step process (it's easy) and in the end just give your name and number. The website will forward your information with the car that you are lookingfor to all the dealers your choose.
now you are in command, next time the dealers call you, you have the upper hand in the negotiation process. always tell them the least price you are willing to pay, they might tell no or something, try and tell that the last dealer is willing at certain price. if it is okey with him then that's great tell him that you will come to his store in about a week, if he is hesitant then tell his you will think about it. in the mean time wait for the calls from the other dealers, do the same thing, and in the end whoever gives you the best price, go for that dealer.
