"Opposing to everything, proposing nothing" is general nepali communist philosophy. If you guys really think that gyanendre is the sole cause of all what this country had gone through, what the fu(k were you guys doing until now. Why didnt you just go and kill that bastard?? is taht your kayarta ?? You guys are only using gyanendre's unpopularity to yours advantage, remember that a negative tactics and will strike back to you guys one day.

You always said , mahan kranti ko lagi kehi balidaan aawasyak parchha.. and bla bla..., why dont you guys do some balidaan ( rather then some innocent nepali janta), go and kill the king and his family ( dipendre mad it easier for you, the headcount is less after massacare). We should understand this is normal in politics. Maoists are doing this for bargaining and they also have understanding with SPA about it. SPA also do not want that Maoist fully support the Royal Proclamation because SPA still has to bargain with the King or even has to go again in street for the constitutional assembly. It would have been great if SPA could have stood firmly for unconditional constitutioanl assembly but it is again politics. SPA know very well Moaist are ahead of them and even more popular then them at this point so they are doing this to give less credit to Maoist.

Everything will be all right, let's be optimistic but vigilant.

Lets hope its SPA and maoist ploy, but i am hesitant to believe that. I completely disagree that Maoist are more popular than parties. Ther is no evidence in the world that a force that really is popular among the folks will hesitate to prove it by election. Maoist are powerfull ( at least to inflict pain on many foklks) but not a force that can withstand NEPALI JANTA, bahya sakti ( whether u like it or not , its gonna be there in nepal), and nepali army. They will eventually find themself as no more than a hindrance to nepals progress if they dont change their tactics now.

i just saw a video clip of nepal on CNN. these goddam commies have been recruiting kids - i just saw 10 - 18 yr olds carrying guns. what do these kids know about communism adn democracy? the lives of thse kids hold no value to these commies. pushpe and baburame and paagal baadal should be brought to the talks. then they should be incarcerated for life..the people who lost their loved ones should then decide the fates of these commie bigots. ha ha...

they aint good for nothing. they only kill people, and they dont let any1 work towards progress. worst thing about maoist is the tendancy to vendalize and destroy public infrastructure, and coin that as people's war. killing innocent ppl, without standing firm on demands or agendas, and coin that as ppl's war.

But the cruel reality is, without Baburam and Prachanda's approval neither Gyane or the SPA will be able to govern anywhere outside KTM.

If Maoists had not approved SPA to enter the villages outside KTM....look back at the time when SPA and the Moaists had yet to make a deal....did any SPA netaas and karyaakartaa dare to enter villages.....they would run into a serious risk of getting shot in their ass by the Maos.

I do analysis based on the present reality on the ground. I have no necessity to be tied to any political philosophy. When I have no ties to any political philosophy it lets me become the best possible neutral observer.

The tragedy in Nepali politics isthe fact that everyone is so tied to one or the other political philosophy so when the opposing philosophy gains ground, the losing side always feels that they have treated unfaily, unjustly and with bias.

If we can bring democracy from peaceful protest why can't we get rid of Moist by protesting against them in every village of Nepal. Lets see how many innocents life they can take. They underestimate people's power. SPA now make startegies against moist if they don't give up arms.
About popularity of Moist, if they decide to participate on coming election they couldn't get more than 1% vote. They are in illusion that people are with them but in reality every Nepali hate them.

Ohh yaa people are scared to death even in the capital KTM (so they pay donation to the Maos unwillingly) and yet they are unable to do anything...do you expect people to go the village and protest against Mao.

If anyone does sucha thing..probably they too will end up getting forcefully recruited into the Maoist revolutionary army. Guns are far more powerful than those demostrations in the streets of KTM.

Maoist do not have people's support. They are like gunda with whom everybody fears.

it's easier said than done purba, democracy was brought by fighting against a ruler , a king who had some legitimacy, the international communities had the eyes upon the king he could not kill thousands of people , but i am not sure about the maoist , they are branded as terrorists, and are expected to kill people so peaceful protest would not work against them, salla haru lai ta, ek ek gari ulta latkayera , we should stone them to death,so that they can realize what they have done to the people .HAHA " lets see how many people they can kill" well they have killed more that 10,000 people directly/indirectly and trust me i don't think they are going to back down.

Maoists demand unconditional constituent assembly elections

KATHMANDU, April 25 - Expressing disagreement over Monday’s Royal Proclamation reinstating the dissolved House of Representatives, the Maoists rebels have “completely dismissed” it and demanded unconditional constituent assembly elections.

The rebels have also announced different protest programmes “until an announcement of unconditional constituent assembly election was made.”

Issuing a statement on Tuesday afternoon, Maoist chairman Prachanda a.k.a. Pushpa Kamal Dahal and No. 2 Maoist leader Dr. Baburam Bhattarai have accused the seven parties of committing a “historic mistake” of welcoming the royal proclamation reinstating the dissolved parliament.

“We want to make it clear that the parties which have welcomed and supported the so-called royal proclamation have broken the 12-point understanding and betrayed the feeling of the Nepali people,” the Maoist statement said.

The Maoists have also announced a protest programme that includes nationwide demonstrations and showdowns, people’s action against those involved in suppression of their programmes, and blockade of the district headquarters and the capital until the announcement of unconditional elections to the constituent assembly.

I agree with Prachanda and Baburam are right at least this time..SPA's leaders made a historic mistake.

These SPA leaders came so close to uprooting Gyane sustem from Nepal yet they got tricked by Gyene yet again.
