India and china are two giants rich country, we don't have any idea about getting rich like those countries. You guys just get happy by working under Indian people. They think like we are "bahadur"- known as a gate pale of India. We Nepalese serve for Indians in India and US too. Shame on Nepalese people. But, we keep on saying that "I don't like Dhoti". If you don't like them, why you working for them. 
Working 80 hours job in Gas station and doing "9-5" jobs in a company won't make people rich. You got to have a vison to be a rich.

you may be right, but let initiate with you. please explain whats your vision. It would be so generous of you, if you explain your scratch vision so you will be rich, socially, economically and mentally. 
majority of Gas Station worker (Neplese) are student, and I hope , you might know why they are working in gas station specially that of dhoti, (why not 7-11)
Further its always the person attitude, how they perceive the thing around them. In U.S, Dhoti are life saviour of Neplese Student, gave work without SS. +extra Ghanta, + extra tips( thats depend on skill of employee). Graduate bhai sake pachi ni, kaam tehi garnu chai, thyo student ko quality ma prasnachinna khada huncha.

Thats so true karki1,but only in your mind,I believe u r in US,but I don't know if you are F1.How can you say we work in gas station 80hrs:If we don't work brother we r no more F1,we can no more pay rent,we can't pay tuition,and all those basic needs.What do you think we can get money from back home,even if you can for how long?Alright the way u r talking is I think u have a way to help us,please go on and let us know how we can??

Rather then commenting Indian, we need to look positive part of them and learn from them. If you have attitude to Indian you will never go up. Look at reality, no matter what you do they are far ahead of us in any field around the world. No matter where you are, if we nepal do not have attitude to work with Indian people you will be left far behind. Just few example, most of student have to work under them which is good favors by them, after finish study have to go and join some consultancy which is also good favor, if you go and work any any usa base industry there is also India, if you want to open store have to go finance company to Indian, to buy grocessary at A-Z whole sale, Ravi whole sale. Better is join hand and work together.

 80 % of Gas Station business own by Pakis, not by Indian(Dhotis).
