Bro thats the same problem everyone faces when you come to states for Undergraduate. You are not alone..... Try to focus on one thing ..not many things at same time and work for it....one day you will be proud of yourself that you did it....cheers!!!!!

Dukhe, everyone goes thru that more or less. Don't forget what you came here for. Focus on study... Can't forget work. Keep a positive attitude. You will have friends. Once you finish study and find a decent job... Life will be a bit better. Long distances are not so easy to maintain. Try your best..don't be upset if it didn't work out as you wish.
In few years, you will be glad to know that it was just a phase of life...rather hard...but hey you will get over it.
It's all about realization. I spent some of my years here just like you said. Don't forget whatever you are going thru is momentary. Keep positive attitude. It makes life easier.

Nice Advice from everyone bro.......well its been 14 yrs since I got here as a 18 yrs old boy full of hollywood inspired America. Once I landed here it didnt take long for my dreams to shatter. I got a huge culture shock and went on huge depression ......felt so bad that I wanted to return back home and back to NOTHING but those days that NOTHING back home was so attractive. I was working so hard under paid and over worked....But I continued to study and soon I got my work permit and got a better job better life, met the right girl, finished school got a better job, got married , bought a house and had children........looking back bro those dark days shaped me and my character for life, always remember...Tough times dont last tough people do....
