 gorkhethito ji,

I think you can sponsor your parents. If you have no income, I think someone else who has good income can file I-134 (Affidavit of Support).{sajha experts, correct me if I am wroong}.   As far as you sister, since she is over 18 you cannot bring her through your parents. But still you can file her which will probably take a very long time. My personal opinion is consult lawyer once. Some kind sajha layer can help you to give suggestions but it always better to meet layer in person, just my personal view. Santosh giri ji, sajha lawyer ji any thoughts or anyone who been through this. Goodluck!

Pyaradeshbasiharu,

We all love our country, citizenship lindai ma koi american hune haina, maan le maya maryo bhane american hune ho. America ma citizenship liyo bhane life ali sailo hune matra ho American hune haina. Nepal bhanda Mt. Everest bahnne ra America ko sodyo bhane , "well actually I was born in Nepal but I am an immigrant here so I don't know about American history a lot. My knowledge is good only for passing my citizenship exam, I beg you pardon , Sir!" bhanne

As a citizen of the United States, you may help a relative become a lawful permanent resident of the United States by obtaining what is often referred to as a “green card.” To do so, you need to sponsor
your relative and be able to prove that you have enough income or assets to support your relative(s) when they come to the United States.

You begin the process by filing Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. This form establishes the family relationship that exists between you and your relative. The form is available on our website at www.uscis.gov. Sometimes the I-130 can be filed together with an application for permanent residence (Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status). This is discussed below.

Which relatives may I petition for?
A U.S. citizen can file a petition for the following relatives:
• Husband or wife;
• Children, married or unmarried

A U.S. citizen who is at least 21 years or older may also petition for the following relatives:
• Parents;
• Brothers or sisters.

When you submit your petition, you are required to provide evidence to prove your relationship to the person for whom you are filing.

Excerpted from www.uscis.gov/files/article/A1eng.pdf
Good Luck

pyaradeshbashiharu!!!!1 mind your language first. it does not make any different whether i am us citizen or nepalicitizen for you. now the point is let me know where are you now then i can give you better answer for that.

now gorkhethito! well you can sponser your parents and i think if you parents can incluide children's name until the age of 21 i think so... but not sure check with the www.uscis.gov. may be you can get more tips there. also

the best way is go through line by line instuction from uscis official web site which is very helpful. you will get lots of tips. i think you  did file your citizenship yourself. if thats true then you are smart guy i believe so go and follow the uscis guideline. there is nothing difficult to do that.

gorkhethito!  I think you can sponsor you parents no matter how much money you make. And since you sister is under 21, you can include her with your parents.

As for
Pyaradeshbasiharu, it's the story of sour grapes.
