Hello guys, i am wondering to know what are the actual qualification of our Cabinet Ministers?

I guess i got the qualification of our prime ministers by listening his interview in english and the way he delivered message in india. Like wise there is no doube that the Finance Minister is PHD( Perfectly Head Damage) degree... and how about the rest? Can anybody put them in orderly? so we can figuere it out who is the Most Brill-i-ant one. I know if our cabinet Ministers get sick the president Dr. Ram Varan Yadav is there .Thank you Mr. President for being their Patron
