i,
I (Nepali) married two months ago to a US citizen. I had worked out of
school for a few months during summer. Do you think i should write
those worked places in G-325? Further, i had filed Tax return. Suggest
me.

No. Don't write that down. I have seen several cases where they didnot write down that small jobs (fewer months) and they really didn't care to question.

if yo had filed tax return I suggest you write it down.. you have married an american citizen they dont' care. But brother man if you lie.., forget your greencard.
Don't listen to anyone... lying in this country will land you in jail. Speaking the truth ... you will be rewareded..
this is not nepal... speaking the truth will take you places.
but it is your choice.. how long you want the INS to keep you haning for your greencard... Bro... don't lie that is my suggestion(if you have used your SSN)

I think you are right. Do you guys any one who have practical experience on these aspects? I am thinking not to consult or use a attorney because they cost a lot. I want more information and your practical experience in this matter. I am expecting your valued suggestion. Thanks

abc123, Listen to 'CHOR'. He is very right. DO NOT LIE A BIT. JUST BE HONEST, THEY WILL REWARD YOU. There are too many people who work without work permit here in the US, government knows that. You are not the only one. Be honest and open. Good luck.
God bless, NepTex

Yeah it is better to be truthful than to lie. Lying will cost you sometime down the road if not now. If the Immigration folks ask you why you worked without papers., just tell them you had to pay your bills. They know people work under the table all the time. And especially if you have filed your taxes, it is better to come clean with them. Believe me if they really want to find information about people, they have every tools to do it. It is just that Immigration turns a blind eye to folks working under the table coz it helps the American economy. This is my two cents.
