I recently got an offer for a job. But the minimum qualification for the job is 4 yrs Bachelor Degree. But I already completed my Master degree. When I aked them about my H1 filing, they told me that they will be filing my case as a normal candidate ccase instead of applying for the Master Quata. They told me like since the job requiremet is 4yrs Bachelor degree, they cant file for the master quata?
Is it true what they said? Please suggest. I am in a problem whether to accept the offer or still look for other company. I am in OPT right now. I have a little chance to get an offer from other company too.

Thank you prsthapit,
So can I file from two different places for H1? My company is definitely going to file my H1 even I say them not to file because they are very strict to legal activities. I am in problem. Please do suggest.
Thank you in Advance.
