Nepalese in US rush for ambassadorial position

When Murariraj Sharma's name was named for the position of Nepalese ambassador to USA, New Yorker Nepalese started fighting over it. Ananda Bista deserves the position says Mirdula Koirala, a restaurant lady, but Bista proposed Mridula's name for some reason. Shyam Karki got upset because his name was not there. In DC, Rajendra Oli and Prem Sangroula, both are rushing for the position. Meanwhile, Kiran Sitoula, editor, "nepalipost" claimed: "I was the loudest person in the protest rally for democracy to make my uncle Krishna Sitoula as home Minister. So, I deserve the position". On the other hand, Girish Pokhrel of "nepalipost.com" is also requesting Prachand to recommend his name from the Maoist side. Pokhrel already gave word to Lekhnath Bhandari that if he becomes the ambassador, he will appoint Bhandari as first secretary.

KIRAN SITAULA IS 420 GUY WHO NEITHER HAS PROPER EDUCATION NOR HAS GOOD BACKGROUND. He was recently interrogated by FBI for his 420 deed. But who knows - cuz when asked about the roumour he says he is trying for the ambassadorship ! Afterall the guy who is home minister is his uncle deary who was funding him the demonstations in NYC.

Why cant they just let the present government work without applying indirect pressure? The government is barely standing on its feet, the army is yet to come under its control, situation is still volatile and the Karyakartas are already dying for posts? Hope this news is not true

Why you call Kiran Sitaula 420, please elaborate FBI investigation on him...actually Nepali people have no time to read about Kiran Sitaula and Ram kharel...still newcommers have to know about their backround...is Kabindra Sitaula is also invloved in his wrong deeds...please elaborate...

I have not heard anything about Kabindra yet. He seems to be a nice guy. Kiron( calls himself Ron) I heard was interrogated by FBI for green card scam. He took money from many Nepalese saying he will get them green card- that is what I heard. People generally do not like to have close contacts with him.

Thank you for your inside informations...crook like Ron sitaula should be punish, please have more informations then we can publish this news story in Nepali papers so that other Nepali will be very careful to deal with him.

I do not know any other detail, other than he was actively involved in anti King rally in NYC and he is also the nephew of Shitaula home minister. He was roaming around DC area with the judges who are believed to have come on a complimentary trip to USA - curtesy US govt./Moriyarty the very next day they declared the Royal Commission unconstitutional. They were a bench of 5 judges - 3 out of 5 came the next day to USA. Reports say each of them received 1 crore from Moriyarty.


But lives in a very grand house in MD, Nepalese wonder how he pays the mortgage or the interest only also.
