This could be a human error too. Pilot accelarated way too fast and plane went out of control. Does Nepal government have any sort of substance abuse policy. I heard some pilots do drugs and other substance and this could have triggered this accident too. There should be a strict drug policy and random check of it. Person who is on the road has to go through severe breathalyzer test then why not someone who flies do. It have to. I am not saying early morning some one was drunk but still there should be some sort of check and balance requires.
