These people in sajha want to see fair justice system in Nepal.. yet they get really upset when such a justice system makes decisions that dont necessarily agree with the popular opinion prevelent in general public.

I can almost conclude that the concept of fair justice system has yet to sink in Nepali pshche.

Why not nationally adopt the Maoist style "Jana-adalat", where decisions are rendered based on popular opinon and someone has to be guilty just because the majority of people think so no matter the evidence is presented or not to Jana-adalat.

I thought that's how this decision was made too....matter of fact, most of the corruption cases are decided as you explained above Khaobadi......Unless it changed after Maoists decided to be in the govt.......Who are we kidding here?

This is a total shame on the judiciary system of so called "Loktantra." If they are really going to show some good examples they should throw these suckers to jail for good time. I hope they appeal this to the supreme court and revoke the earlier corrupt decision.

Your statements are self-conradictory.

The funny thing is like you..the general public has NOT examined the evidence presented in court (by the prsecution) against these men...yet most people have already reached a conclusion.

The other concern raised by you earlier is the matter of "fair trial".

In vast majority of the time anywhere around the world the victims of unfair trials in criminal cases are the defendents NOT procecution..regardless of the fact if the defendents have actually committed the crime or not....for a simple fact..it's the procecution that first brings charges against the defence in the first place...so there is an overwhelming pressure on procecution to prove their case by any means...and many times, unfair trial is just another short-cut way to convict the defendent.

The chances of defendents getting unfair trials in any criminal cases increase exponentially in undemocratic countries with unfair and non-transparent legal system...such as in dictatorship regimes.

So it is rather fuuny to claim that the procecution got unfair trail...it's like saying the tiger got attacked and eaten by a sheep.

I know what exctaly iam talking in this case, I rather direct this case to Dinesh Joshi along with his brother Deepak and hope both of you reading this thread. if you know that much about joshi and also know he has gas station then why don't u post where he has gas station. there are other Nepalese in Seattle, they can help you find that out whether he has gas station or not. it is easier to be in computer and write couple of sentence. find the fact. change your way of thinking.

His older son used to work in gas station in USA ( forget about owning the gas station.) . One of my friend sold his car to him for $250.00 4 years ago . another son lives in Australia and he works in security company. I have seen Nepalese student driving nice care and living in nice house and their parents used to be are well know bureaucrats. I do not think it wise idea to blame some one without fasts and figure. If you think you really care about the country go find out fasts and figure.

More than ever...looking at the cases of Joshi and Khadka uncle..who knows.. these jealous people might bring corrouption charges against me as well.

Some of the people are so disgusting...they dont let clean people off the hook even after the court clears them of any wrong doing....
