In a recent radio show organized by BBC Nepali Sewa, transmitted today (May 17, 2009), Dr. Babu Ram Bhattrai sait he "has a dream of making Nepal atleast like USA or Europe in next 15/ 20 years.". Shouldn't we work to fulfil his dream?

Since last 40 years, Nepali army has been actively involved in taking UML and Congress activists to the Jungle and shooting them in head " in running away from captivity" charges. In 2046 andolan Nepal Army came to my Dad's office and thrashed him for letting people talk about democracy in the office. Lets not mention the various andolan suppression Army has done. During panchayat times there were so many murders that were carried on by Nepal Army like the one above done by Bobby Khatri.

If they are really a patriot and are greatful of Nepali taxpayers they should raise an issue of boarder encrochment by india. They wouldnt do that becasue its easier confronting ordinary Nepalese than risk confronting India. The culture of " peticoat washing" is there in Nepal Army. As they say " sometimes there arent enough peticoats" to wash to get a promotion in Army.

Fall of panchayat is the birth of bloody maoists. Nepal Army sponsored Panchayat is responsible for the birth for Maoist. If the kings or the Army were good in Nepal there would have been no Maoists. Pancyaat was the dry firewood and Girija Raj was the fuel for Maoist fire.
