apt cost outside dc in suburban MD or suburban VA will cost about $800 - $900.

bornfree,
go to Rockville, gaithersburg area, you are in the last metro station (redline) and its the decent one compare to Alexandria or faifax area and you can find a korean grocery (grandmart) close by. I ccan furnish you with some phone numbers of the appt complexes that runs 825/month included gas, water but you have to pay electricity (which won't be more than 40/month)

Hey bornfree,

I had spoken with a person who had gone to UDC and said that he did not like the professors. Since, I did not go there I am really not sure. I would recommend you to ask around.

The cost for one bedroom apt runs from approximately 950-1000 in the suburban area of MD, which is closer to DC.

Back then I used to live in Alexandria, 5 mins walk from Hungtington Station. Used to cost me $ 795 + Utilities(2 Bedroom) ..and that was 6 years ago ...So, I would say they rent it out for $850 now... Its a decent neighbourhood...mostly hispanic and multiple ethnicity......Not bad, I would say....

Stillreturns,
You asking her to move to PG county where all those crimes are..No...no..I would not suggest anyone to move to PG county. Baltimore is not that bad but I would suggest Rockville, Gaithersburg area the best. I lived there for a year and loved it .

PG county is not just Bowie and north DC... theres so many good places... there are nice places around beltsville... laulrel... theres so many good places... baltimore is not bad.. see thats the thing.. when u say baltimore everyone assumes its just black.. just like when u say brooklyn u automatically assume the hoods and blocks and all that... its a lil more than that.. B'more, been livin here for 5 years now.. its great.. i woudn't trade this place with anywhere else.. well maybe San Diego CA... ;-)
St mary's county sounds a lil too white to me mary... it is St mary's county ain't it?? southern maryland i am definitely sure.. beside .. if u have to drive up to get jobs other than blue collor, how fun is it?? How's the bars and stuffs?? i bet they look at u like whos this alien?? lol... maybe u can come up sometime...
himalayas, G'burg, rockville area is good.. but too many mexicans man.. and its freakin expensive...i'll rent two or three bedroom apartment in B'more instead of payin the same amount for a studio in Rockville area... montgomary county's over rated i think...
