I and my wife are both in F1 visa. Our daughter is 3 and half and she is still in Nepal. I am planning on F2 paperwork for her and bring her over in summer. My wife is getting depressed and I have to do it. My younger sister, 22, +2 pass and a kindergarten teacher is in Nepal. I am planning to bring my sister over here along with my daughter so that she can work as a baby sitter and take care of our daughter at the same time. I know I can bring my daughter in F2 dependent but, how do I bring my sister here? I also heard that you can bring someone to look-over the child and also heard about sponsoring process. Could any one help me out?

invite her over for a month or so, send her affidavit of financial support, an invitation letter and tell her to apply for tourist visa. she needs to show strong connection with nepal assuring that she will return. once she is here, she is all yours! send her to mexico or canada before every i-94 expiry for vacation and reenter. or may be she would like to join some school. if yes, at the port of entry, she should declare the officials that she intends to join school, if she finds appropriate one. you may as well send her a list of schools. this way her b-1 to f-1 change of status would be far too easy.
