I can not say that building wall help in economy of Nepal, but definitely VISA systems might controlled Indian population migration and all kinds of serious crimes like human trafficking, black marketing, smuggling and illegal activities. If 1 Nepalese migrate to India, 1,000 Indian migrate to Nepal. That is the worest population crisis as well as it creates all kind of political and social problem in Nepal. Tommorrow, Indian population will get Nepali citizenships and build majority votes. Then Indian people will be minister and prime-minister like Fiji and Morisos. Nepal might include into India. Who knows that future?

(1) Ask help to UN, USA, UK and European country to do international official border survey and Officially Make clear Nepal Indian bounderies. So Indian take off hand from Nepali land. (2) Evacuate or Remove Nepali village from nearest border area of India. (3) Build bar-bare wire and well organize police check posts. (4) Establish Nepal Border security force. (5) Build border small roads and start border patrol at least 3 to 5 times a day. (6) Build the huge wall and close illegal border crossing area between Indian-Nepal. These will help to increase Nepali security and reduce of borden from Indian invasion or Indian problems

I agree with you guys. Yes, it is true that more than 50% Nepalese problems origin from India. How come: (1) India control major Nepali political parties and leaders. (2) India always controls Nepali politics, borders, trades, Nepali government policy and actions. (3) Maoist are backed or supported by Indian government and politicians. (4) Nepali congress origin, establish and organized by Indian political party and Indian government. Nepali congress is an Agent, Ambassador or Representative of Indian government. (5) India invaded and controls Nagaland, Assam, Bhutan, and Kashmir. So Nepal is the last target of India. So Indian police and Army creating disputes (in Nepali New Khojnu) in India and Nepal border. (6) All Nepal border, Major Rivers and Dams and Border villages control by Indian police and army. All Nepali army are located in Pokhara, Kathmandu, Hetauda and Biratnagar. King and Nepali political leaders do not care how Indian police and army are invading Nepali borders. Nepali politicians even do want to listen this things... forget other major issues things. (7) Flood of Indian population into Nepal. If you go to southern terai cities of Nepal like Nepalgunj, Bhairawa, Bhutawal, Kakarvita, and Biratnagar, you can find Nepalese population are Minority from generation. So what is family planning for? When foreigners like Indian come to Nepal, they also bring problems in politics, corruption, black-marketing, smuggling, girl trafficking, crimes, social, cultural, cults and religion. It is not only problem in number.

Kick out all Indians like they kick out Nepalese from Assam. India advised and order to Bhutan government to kick out all Nepalese from their land. We must establish entry filter system like full document with Visa. We should have monitoring system to foreigner Indians. If any Indians enter into Nepal, Nepali immigration police must give them temporary Identification Card with visa. All record and information must be put into computerize systems. If Nepalese go to India, they do simple job and living. If Indians come to Nepal, they bring all kind of problems as well as rob Nepal, too.

Indian Army already invaded Kala pani a western land of Nepal. Indian police cross India-Nepal border and come into Nepali villages and harass Nepali people. Sometimes Indian police beat Nepalese villagers into Nepal, too. The question is that where is Nepali police force and Nepali Armies? Why not even single Nepali social and political Leaders do not protest or oppose against Indian Illegal action inside Nepal. We Nepalese go to join Indian Army and protect their home land security and borders. Actually, we died for them. But they insult, harass, invade out land and sovereign country. India even does not think Nepal as a neighbor country. You do not mess-up with your neighbors, friends and brothers. But India is doing for century. Is that fare? Should we keep shut-up? Should we ignore?

Yes what you guys are saying is correct, but saying it on sajha would not do anything. I think you guys should say and protest this to the Nepali govt. I have hearing a lot about the problems but nobody can do anything but complain. We need to do something to help just protesting won't help.

We all Nepalese must stand up, Unite and raise our voice by doing peaceful street demonstration inside and outside Nepal. We so many Nepalese outside around the world. We must not sleep or ignore these kinds of Indian behavior, treat and action. It is internationally illegal, unfair and inhuman for a peace loving and peace zone country like Nepal. India broke the law of UN and Geneva Convention. Is not that True?

Does any of you smart asses realize that We live off foreign aid and India is the biggest contributor. We would definitely need their money to build any kind of walls/system and most of that money would go into personal bank accounts of our leaders anyway... So grow up and get real...

Do you mean that we must ignore it and let Indian harass, rap, kill, torture, hemulate to Nepalese and let them do whatever Indian wants to do in Nepal? Is that you mean because our country is under develop and political situation is poor that means allow to Indian anything they want? Where did you get this kind of education? Do you understand little bite what you are telling Nepalese?

I amazed by the way freinds post their replies in this thread. Don't forget the reality that there are more Nepalis in India than Indians in Nepal. Moreover, we are dependent on India to every aspect of our life, social, political, economical, trade etc. Of course, we have some bitter experiences with India, but that does not mean we can ignore India factor at all. India is there, surrounding Nepal from three sides. Don't think me as a pro-Indian. I am just pointing the truth. I am Nepali and a pro-Nepal. And to my understanding, to be a pro-Nepal means just to be a pro-Nepal. It does not mean anti-Indian or anti-Chinese. And that's all. After all, we can choose our friends not the neighbours.

Nepali or Nepali government or Nepali political leaders or Nepali political parties have Responsibility to protect sovereignity of Nepal. If government and political parties do not take action, Nepalese people must kick them out and elect who can do the job. India is the most dangerous nation to Nepal. Nepalese must think quick before time is over. I think Nepal must open as many as borders with China and link Rail roads, Sea ports and other countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan etc. Nepal and Nepalese must not be like HOUSE ARREST of Indian. Recently, Opening border with Tibet is good and positive.

(1) Nepal government must implement VISA system. (2) Nepal government allows only limit entry points or access routes to Nepal. (3) Nepal government must open as many as border with China for business and tourism purposes. Open borders between Nepal-India will only hurt Nepal instead of having benefit from it. According to border report, 35,000 Indians and 5,000 Nepalese cross the borders. Nepal does not have technology, tool and equipments. It is far easy to do Smuggling and black-marketing, rubbery, girl trafficking, human trafficking as well as all criminal activities. Nepali side of border is out of control. Who care? Police only looking for BRIBERY in border. They do not care nothing else than illegal money.

This is an interesting topic. It is disappointing, however, from the discussion above, to see any convincing arguments. In my opinion, as long as the whole region remains an undemocratic, lawless, corrupt, uneducated and poor society, there will be no solution to this problem or at least Nepal will have no capacity to solve this problem. If EVER Nepal and India both become prosperous countries, then there will be no border problems at all. Each country will try to attract more people and resources from the other one by removing all kinds of barriers.

To: another_nepali, Are you telling all Nepalese that border solution will be Nepal must include as a state of India, or Nepal must become India? Do you mean that we have bad situation so we should ignore whatever Indian people or India does to us? You are 100% wrong. We Nepalese and Nepali Government must take very serious action against Indian actions. You think that it is O.K. maybe you like in kathmandu the most safe place of Nepal, or do not know outside kathmandu. But, do not be too stupid and too selfish. Take a time and visit border towns, cities and villages of Nepal. It will give you idea, knowledge and help you to understand about Nepal. Book does not help you even 2% of total 100%.

Dear Topheroni3, I meant neither to annex Nepal to India nor to tolerate Indian aggressions indefinitely. What I wanted to say was that the border problem was just a small part of a very big problem Nepal had been facing for a long period of its history. The big problem is a cocktail of poverty, illeterecy, lawlessness, corruption and many others. Unless we fix our big problems, any quick solution to the border problem will unlikely to be effective.

Actually, I have make action on balance. One hand, we have big problem inside home like organize open crimes and corruptions by in-house criminals. And another hand, we have big problem at border from Indian illegal activates and bad political pressures. We have to take very seriously on both problems. Border problem is as serious as in-house problem. Once you lose your size and figure of border or land or sovereignty, to bring back you have to win the war. And you do not want to do war with India. Do you? So before Inida steal our land, it is much better if we take border problem in early warnning. Otherwise, we work very hard earn money and pick-pocketer steal our money within a second. I mean that we can lose ground if we lose one things. It is very difficult but NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
