I am not sure whether I am in the right section for this post or not, but would like to have suggestions on the immigration and divorce.

First I got legally married in 2012, and have process for spouse immigration. Because of the ongoing arguments and disappointments for a long time, I would like to have a way so that I can have divorce legally or something that might help me get over with this relationship. She's in Nepal. She have immigration process in USCIS.
My question is: how can I get divorced since she's still in Nepal?

Get a lawyer in Nepal. They can process it for you. It can take a long time, be very costly and may be almost impossible unless your wife agrees to divorce.

Is there any Nepali lawyers that might help me discuss more about it?
