I have completed my MBA but while I applying my OPT by mistake collage give me Bachelor I 20 and I already got my OPT so could it affect my H1 coz I want to apply my H1 in Master quota right now I have my OPT I 20  there mentioned BAchelor so please help and suggest me .

I do not think that would make a lot difference for H1. Because H1 is given you based on your academic credential. I may not be correct. Please check with your international school advisor, if it can be corrected? They are the one should give you correct answer.
