I came to US in 2008 as student. I have tps.
My girlfriend has gc for three years now. We are planning
to get married soon. What process should i do afterwards??

So you will have to file the I-130 form after you get married. Since your gf is a Green Card Holder, you have to wait in line for your date to be current. At the moment there is i think 20 months wait time to file for the green card.
