Are you getting ready to file TPS reRegistration tomorrow... here are the key documents that needs to be filed

This will help people find out if anything is missing

Make sure you have the following documents ready

1. Check for $1070 (410 +85+575) ==> TPS + EAD + Travel Document
2. Form G-1145 for e-notification
3. TPS Form I -821, signed
4. Work Permit Form I- 765, signed
5. a copy of Proof of TPS approval form I-797
6. a copy of work permit
7. a copy of I -94
8. a copy of Passport with US visa stamp
9. 2 Passport size Fotos with name, date of birth & SSN at the back

10. Do Apply for EAD and Travel Document, this is a golden opportunity to work for high paying job and travel to Nepal.

Send them as soon as possible tomorrow and let's hope everything goes fine
Feel free to ask if  there is anything else you need to know ? Let's help one another make the best of the remaining one year

May be within one year, trump will change his mind or will be kicked out from WH if Dems win the Nov election for Senate n House and TPS will be converted to Green Card without much hassles.

Do file Advance parole document for multiple entry, together with TPS now, it is only $575 and you get to go to Nepal weveral times.

Trump /DHS will be collecting $10 million (NRs 1.1 billion) from TPS applications from Nepalese;
if 9,000 people each pay 495 +575 = $1,070 ==> $1,070 x 9,000 = $$9,630,000
==> plus postage, cost of pp foto, printing , fotocopy etc... = $ 10 Millions

It will cost them 1-2 hours to approve each in average, total cost ==> 20,000 hours x $50 per hour in average = $1,000,000

Gross profit = $10,000,000 - (1,000,000 ) = $9 million = NRs 1 billion

90 % profit

Details below from TPS instructions

Will TPS applicants need to provide fingerprints, photographs, and a signature?

A. Yes. Except as noted below, all applicants for initial registration, re-registration, or renewal of TPS must provide fingerprints, photographs, and a digital signature, which are referred to as “biometrics.” For re-registrations,

USCIS may be able to re-use your previously collected biometrics for identity verifications, background checks and other authorized purposes. Applicants for both initial TPS and for re-registration who are 14 years of age and older must submit the $85 biometric services fee or a fee waiver request. See Item Number 9. below for information about fee waiver requests.

1. What documents should you submit?

NOTE: You do not need to provide original documents with this application unless USCIS requests that you provide the originals of any copies you submit.

You must provide USCIS copies of documents to prove you are a national of a country designated for TPS (or have no nationality and last habitually resided in a country designated for TPS), your date of entry into the United States, and your U.S. residence. In addition:

Documentation Exception: If you are filing this application for re-registration (Part 1., Item Number 1.b., of Form I-821), you do not have to submit any copies of documentation. However, USCIS may ask you for additional information and/or documentation in certain circumstances.
