Contact Nepelse Embassy ASAP. Get reported passport lost. Don't worry about the visa if you get identified they will find you in the system.

Once you get your new passport, you have to apply for a new US visa if you plan to enter US in the future, they don't transfer a previous visa from one passport to another.
