पहिलो पटक मा-र्यो भने कौडाको घण्टी बुझाउनु पर्ने| Minimum घण्टी १ ठिनी बराबर or more|

मारेपछि Bet दोब्बर पर्दै लानु पर्ने This is compulsory|

नगद सकियो भने जिन्सी पनि प्रयोग गर्न मिल्छ :)| तर ४ जनाले तोकेको मूल्य मात्र प्राप्त हुनेछ | जस्तै राडो घडि $५०, iPhone $१०० etc .

मा-र्यो भने मार्नेले फेरि हान्छ, मारेन भने दाउ सर्छ | यहि प्रकृया कायम रहन्छ|

खेल रोक्नको लागि चौका दाउमा पुग्नु पर्छ अन्यथा कौडा ले पिर्छ |

हातेले ठिनी बराबरको च्याँखे जुन दाउमा पनि हान्नै पर्छ, ठिनी भन्दा बढि छ भने समझदारी अनुसार गर्ने|

मा-र्यो भने सबै लान्छ ति-र्यो भने १ दाउको ठिनी र च्याँखे बराबर तिर्ने हो|

कौडा १ हातले हान्नुपर्छ | एकैपटकमा पछार्नुपर्छ |

कौडा सबैले गनिसकेपछिर मारेको/तिरेको ठिनी हिसाब भए पछि मात्र उठाउनु पर्छ |

गणना पुरा नहुँदै कौडा उठायो भने उठाउनेले सबैलाई त्यो पटकको ठिनी तिर्नु पर्नेछ|

कौडा माथि चढेको कौडा घोप्टो मानिनेछ (जबसम्म कौडाको पुरै दाँत देखिंदैन) | ठाडो घोप्टो जताबाटपनि दाउ छुट्याउन सकिन्छ|

Are these Nepali terms generally applicable or did you use them in your locality (from where you are)?

(I was not familiar with some terms like THINI)

@rajeshhamal: Thanks for the complement. Yes! terms are truly Nepali Vernacular ones. We often use these here too.

Unfortunately we lost some Kauda pieces since last year. Please suggest me if I can buy these here in the States (online). I tried amazon, Muncha but they don't sell Kauda.

Them stupid kids lost some pieces from the good set - large ones. These felt very good to play with - the feel of holding them, the shine, sound. I miss them. I will ask someone from Nepal for the next year.

How many are you missing and what size were they? Maybe you can use the extra useless ones I am left with (12 altogher).

Currently, I have only got full 16 of smaller sized set, which I do not like that much.
