GREENCARD PROCESS WITH TU 3 YEARS BACHELOR

Hello Friends,

My employer's lawyers informed me that my 3 years bachelors degree from TU is not equivalent to four years bachelors degree program in US. Since I don't meet the criteria, lawyers are reluctant to process my H1B and GC. I've just graduated in MBA, but I hold a position that requires only bachelors degree. If anyone has applied via 3 years bachelors from Nepal then please suggest how did you deal with the issue.
